14-Day Exchange or Refund Policy
You can return goods within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as:
The items are in their original condition and packaging
They have not been used
You provide a copy of the original invoice
Please note:
No returns on “Specially Ordered” items.
For items that are not faulty but returned in the same condition, a 15% handling fee applies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if the Goods Are Defective?
If your product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
We may need to send the item for a technical assessment by the manufacturer or authorized service center to determine the cause of the problem.
This process may take up to 30 days, and the manufacturer will decide if the claim is valid and what action to take.
Warranty Conditions
Warranties cover manufacturing defects only. They do NOT cover:
Damage from lightning or power surges
Damage from misuse or abuse
Using the product for a purpose other than intended
Not following the instruction manual
Accidental damage
Damage caused by poor workmanship or handling
How Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued as:
A credit note, or
An electronic transfer directly to your account (please allow at least 48 hours).
